No. Urban RenoProjects operates on a Price-Freeze Guarantee, the price in your approved quote is the price you pay at the end. We do not add surprise charges at the end of a project.

The only situations where costs adjust are: (1) if you request changes or additions to the original project scope, or (2) if demolition reveals a genuinely unforeseen structural or mechanical issue. In both cases, we discuss the change with you and get written approval before any additional work proceeds. You remain in full control of your budget throughout.

Urban RenoProjects uses a milestone-based payment structure, you pay as work is completed, not all upfront. A small deposit secures your project in our schedule. From there, payments are tied to clearly defined construction stages: demolition, framing, mechanical rough-ins, finishes, and final handover.

This structure protects you as a homeowner by ensuring you only pay for work that has been completed and inspected. It also keeps our team accountable to the project timeline at every stage.
