We used Urban Reno Projects to finish the common area in the basement. This project including included the addition of a office, as well as updating the plumbing for the washer/dryer, refinishing the stairs, new flooring and drywall for the walls and ceiling. The transformation to the space is amazing and we are very pleased with the finished project. The project was done in the promised 3 weeks and Karan kept me updated throughout the project so there were no surprises at the end. I appreciated his design suggestions, including the window for the office to make the space feel more open and airy.

We contracted Urban Reno Project to change our flooring and doors all across our condo, and I can say wholeheartedly that they did a very good job. They were patient in understanding our needs, and they did their best to accommodate our preferences within our budget. They were also able to schedule the work pretty quickly, we did not have to wait weeks on end to find time on their calendar. During the reno, they were open to make changes to meet our preferences, and we really appreciated that flexibility. Overall, I think Karan and the Urban Reno Team treat their customers fairly and with respect, they do not strong arm or manipulate, as I have seen some other contractors try to do first hand. They also make efforts to make sure that the client is happy with the project before they handover. Fantastic job with proper timeline.

Karan’s team was very cognizant of the fact that me and my wife always worked from home. Since there was electrical work involved there were a few times they had to shut off power. They did give us prior intimation regarding the power disruption almost half a day in advance.

We hired Urban RenoProjects to update our master bathroom, which was straight out of the 1980s. After doing research and getting quotes, we decided this was the best company for us. Karan gave us a lot of confidence right from the initial meeting that the work would be high-quality and delivered on time. We were very impressed with the whole process.
