If you’ve had a great experience with our team, we want to reward you for spreading the word. That’s why we’ve created our Client Referral Program, a simple way to earn up to $2,500 in cashback for every successful referral.

How it works?

  • Step 1: Submit Your Referral

    Let us know you're referring someone, fill out our simple form below or email us at info@urbanrenoprojects.com

  • Step 2: Spread the Word

    Ask your friend or family member to mention your name when they first reach out to us. That’s how we track the referral!

  • Step 3: They Book a Renovation

    We’ll meet with them, discuss their renovation plans, and if it’s a good fit, they’ll move forward with us.

  • Step 4: You Get Rewarded

    Once their project is completed and paid in full, we’ll send your cash reward within 30 days, just our way of saying thanks!

Referral Program – Rules & Stipulations

  • Referral Reward Value:
    Eligible referrals shall receive a cash reward of up to $2,500, based on the size and scope of the signed renovation contract. Final reward amount is determined at the time of contract approval. This does not include additional charges from change orders or any future/separate contracts.

  • Eligibility Threshold:
    Referral rewards apply to full-scope renovation projects that meet our premium contract criteria. (We review all referrals for eligibility prior to approval.)

  • Referral Submission:
    Referrals must be submitted through the official form on our website or via the designated referral email.

  • Reward Distribution:
    Referral rewards are issued after full project completion and final payment has been received in full.

  • Referral Program Flexibility:
    ”Urban RenoProjects” reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

  • Insurance Projects Excluded:
    Projects that are billed directly to an insurance company or handled as insurance claims are not eligible for referral rewards.
