This is our second renovation with UrbanRenoProjects. They completely changed my old 80’s kitchen to a Modern open concept kitchen space. Their professionalism, timeliness and attention to details are commendable. Karan remembered every single item from the wish list and fulfilled each one of them. This has completely changed, opened and brightened the interior of the house. When I look at the before pictures I almost can’t recognize.

Kitchen Renovation: Karan has done amazing work. He completed the work within committed timelines, guided us what should be the best combination (flooring+countertop+shelf/organizer). I liked the way he drafted the contract to ensure we agreed what is in scope and not part of the job.

Fantastic job with proper timeline.

After dealing with an emergent leak in our basement, we were left with a pile of work with odd jobs here and there but mostly including flooring and drywalling that needed to be done. Luckily Karan and his team came to our rescue and worked with us closely to develop a plan to resolve all the daunting new projects in a timely manner, taking all the stress and grief away.
